Form of payment: After registration is complete, Phamily Fun & Fitness, LLC will call you to verify details and collect registration payment to confirm your spot in the competition. We accept all major credit cards. There will be no refunds, but we will hold you registration money for a later competition.

Due to limited capacity, all participants are allowed up to 2 spectators. All spectators will be required to sign a waiver of liability upon entrance to the gym.

Rules: There will be 2 stages in the challenge. Stages will be different for each age group. All competition runs will be based on best times. There will be time penalties for any mistakes made along the course. Top 10 best times will advance to Stage 2. In the event of a tie in Stage 2, we will proceed to Stage 3.

On the day of the challenge, all participants will need to be present 30 minutes prior to the Challenge Start Time to be prepped on Challenge rules and the obstacle course.
