Our fitness program’s primary focus is body weight exercises which include boxing, martial arts, core muscle training, balance, and of course, ninja obstacles.
We believe the greatest success is derived from cross training and utilizing your own body weight. This avenue teaches individuals a variety of exercises to do in the gym, at home or on vacation. Our gym course will be changing constantly, so individuals will always be working different muscles and will never get bored. Typical gyms usually offer weights, cardio, and Zumba/Pilates. Our gym will provide obstacles for upper body, balance, speed, endurance and martial art training in order to be naturally fit.
